Donna Santo has been a board certified specialist in family law in California for 32 years and is greatly respected by her peers and clients alike. She founded the Family Law and Wealth Preservation Mediation Center in Ventura to bring present day financial realities in a quickly changing world directly to her clients.

With the ability to litigate, mediate or collaborate, her family law center gives families another better alternative to fighting out their complex disagreements in divorce. It serves family and preserves family wealth. Just because someone is going through a divorce doesn't mean the concept of family has to disappear. Divorces can result in everyone being a winner. But all the parties have to try.

Donna has founded a new model in practicing family law and tailored it to meet today's needs in a quickly evolving world. Her firm's central focus is on serving family values first, shaping them into the best possible form to fit her clients' needs, and, if possible, to keep all her clients' family members moving forward in their lives in a positive direction.

Studies have shown that people who live as a family develop complex interrelated relationships with one another emotionally and spiritually. If one member fails there's a good chance they could all fail. If all the children are doing well there's a good chance both parents will benefit from this emotional well being. Same with the children if both parents can avoid the ill intentions some divorces bring out of both parties who must instead focus their energies on benefiting the family as a whole.

The Ventura Family Law and Wealth Preservation Mediation Center focuses on financial aspects or there will be no balanced financial prosperity after the legal proceedings have completed. It has been written that so called generations X,Y and Z have been lied to by all major institutions in their lives and economists across the political spectrum say there is not going to be enough wealth to go around for these generations. This same dim financial outlook applies to American military veterans and senior citizens and all others stuck in that tide of the 99% who face losing everything of value in the greatest wealth transfer of all time.

Donna's focused on what the economy is doing now and how it is affecting families' abilities to survive economically. How to pay off the debt and keep as much value as possible.

Donna Santo's training, education and experience in family law are unparalleled. She has been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California for thirty two years, with a total of thirty-nine years experience practicing family law. Donna Santo is California Family Law. She has seen it all and done it all in the profession of being a divorce lawyer. She has served as a Family Law Mediator and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Santo is a member of the California Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association.

Donna excels at unraveling complex family law disputes and preserving net worth of high income earners, including separation and divorce agreements, spousal and child support, family property division and wealth preservation, and the well being of family.

When Donna's not spending time with her busy children and grandchildren of European, Asian, and Hispanic descent, she's working with the board of directors for the Ventura College Foundation and the Carnegie Art Museum Cornerstones, bringing greater community to Ventura County, or she's walking through the fire scorched hillsides of her Ventura neighborhood overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
